A Note From Your Coach

I’m Graham, a barristers clerk of 20 years, coach, speaker, husband, father and so much more!

 

Prior to launching my coaching business  I enjoyed 20 years working for some of the UK’s leading barristers chambers.

 

I successfully created a reliable reputation and a client base that delivered paid work across six core practice areas. I achieved this by unconsciously using a system that guarantees connections with ideal clients and builds long term relationships. If you are already successful at the client creation game, I suspect you are also unconsciously using a system similar. Creating awareness around this system, refining it and tracking it will enhance your success. If you believe you are one of the ‘have not's’ that simply doesn’t have the attributes or confidence necessary to create clients, this system will revolutionise your practice development actions.


As someone that was painfully and notoriously shy as a young adult, I began this journey from a standing start. I have made all the mistakes under the sun from masking my lack of confidence with alcohol, hard selling, playing a ‘numbers game’ and falling into the dreaded ‘friend zone’ with countless clients.


When I launched my coaching business in 2021, I had an opportunity to walk-the-talk and create my own practice. This was a humbling experience that created a huge amount of empathy for individuals whose livelihoods depend on their ability to create clients.


I was forced back to the drawing board and chose to invest hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of pounds studying and working with some of the world's most powerful client creation leaders and communities in the world.


I am deeply passionate about empowering solicitors, barristers and their support teams to confidently, courageously and authentically create clients using a simple, systematic approach that guarantees connections with and work from their ideal clients.
